Dracula

by Tim Kelly
based on the novel by Bram Stoker

November 7 – November 10, 2024

What illness is plaguing Dr Quincy’s niece Lucy? Why has Mina Harker’s husband suddenly disappeared without a trace? And why are coffins full of earth being delivered to the neighbour’s house?

Renowned psychologist Dr Quincy is faced with a mystery. Then one evening, a sinister gentleman from Transylvania turns up at the door – and disaster takes its gruesome course.

The mysterious gentleman is none other than Count Dracula, the forefather of all modern vampires. In Tim Kelly’s adaptation, the women are at the centre of the action, giving the story a modern, gender-appropriate twist. At the same time, Kelly succeeds in weaving an intense stage adventure from Bram Stoker’s epistolary novel, in which individual characters are given more space and others are reimagined.
Let yourself be drawn into the dark world of Count Dracula and his wives, but also into a world full of light, hope and a good dose of goose bumps!
